[電飯煲食譜] 貢丸香菇煲仔飯

 

食材準備:

2人份

貢丸3顆
香菇100g
米80g
水大約1:1比例
醬油少許

製作步驟:

 

1. 將米洗好之後倒入電鍋裡(約35分鐘)


2. 約25分時,米成形之後(表面像粥一樣冒泡泡),加入香菇以及貢丸


3. 等到電鍋跳起之後不要打開,再悶15分鐘
4. 加入一點點醬油,在電鍋裡攪拌即可
